• Network Facilitation - Coordinating network meetings, communications, and capacity development among enforcement actors across the wider Caribbean, ensuring unified and effective responses to wildlife crime.

• Public Education - Increasing awareness and community engagement to reduce illicit activities and foster local stewardship of natural resources.

• Research & Analysis - Collecting and analyzing data to guide policy-making, inform enforcement operations, and identify trends in wildlife crime.

• Design & Fundraising - Developing project concepts and mobilizing financial support—both for network-led and member-led projects—ensuring a sustainable pipeline of strategically planned actions and resources.

• Special Projects - Piloting innovative methods, addressing common member needs, and developing adaptable tools and resources.
