
Leadership Team
The CAR-WEN Working Group is led by a collaborative team of government chairs, coordinators and expert advisors dedicated to combating wildlife crime across the Wider Caribbean. The Working Group's structure includes:
Co-Chairs – Volunteer senior leaders from Caribbean government agencies who provide strategic oversight and policy direction.
Coordinators – Provided by an implementing NGO, these individuals manage daily operations, continuity, and technical development.
Advisors – Experts who contribute specialised knowledge and experience in wildlife crime and enforcement.
