The CAR-WEN Working Group is composed of a diverse group of governmental Focal Points working to establish a formal and effective regional wildlife enforcement network across the Wider Caribbean.

As of October 2025, the Working Group has representation from at least one government agency in 26 of the 47 national, territorial, and supranational governments of the Wider Caribbean, and we continue to welcome participation from additional governments.
