Network Formalisation
Network Formalisation establishes the legal standing, governance structures, and operational systems needed for the sustainable operation of the CAR-WEN.
Our key formalising activities include:
Developing Legal Documents & Registration. Drafting a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and partnership agreements to solidify the CAR-WEN’s legal identity.
Securing Governmental Endorsements & Support. Presenting proposals for the CAR-WEN to governmental bodies to secure recognition, support, and integration into national enforcement processes.
Establishing Governance Structures & Organisational Policies. Defining leadership roles, decision-making processes, and ethical standards for effective network management.
Setting Up Administrative & Operational Systems. Providing the necessary infrastructure, including offices, technology, workflows, and staff, to coordinate daily operations.
Launching the Formal CAR-WEN & Public Relations. Hosting a high-profile launch and sustaining ongoing public outreach to build awareness, attract partners, and bolster credibility.
By ensuring that the CAR-WEN has both legal legitimacy and robust internal processes, formalising the CAR-WEN paves the way for a credible, well-structured entity capable of driving long-term impact. See the CAR-WEN Strategic Plan and our Formalising the CAR-WEN Strategy Diagram for an overview of this strategy’s activities and intended outcomes.
